The Benagil Cave Tour from Faro offers a combined trip to the Benagil Cave and Marinha Beach, allowing you to experience two of the Algarve’s highlights in just one trip.
You will travel by road from Faro and participate in bodyboarding into the famous Benagil Cave alongside an instructor and the rest of your group.
Afterward, you will continue to Marinha Beach, where you will have ample time to, swim, and relax on the beach.
Our tour ensures ease of transportation, provides bodyboards and swimming equipment , offers sun protection with a provided umbrella, and includes a waterproof bag for keeping your personal belongings dry.

Meeting Point: Av. da República 18, 8000-470 Faro, Portugal (across from McDonalds next to Creparia Yummy Ice & Coffee).
Please refer to Google Maps for directions.
End Point: The activity ends back at the meeting point.
Full Refund: You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
Cancellation Deadline: For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
Weather Conditions: This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Minimum Number of Travelers: This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
We utilise Stripe as our payment processor for online bookings.
By booking the Benagil Cave Tour from Faro through our website, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Stripe securely processes your payment information, and we do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Upon successful completion of your booking and payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email from both our website and Stripe.
This confirmation serves as proof of your payment for the tour.
If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund based on our cancellation policy stated in Section 5 (Cancellation Policy) of these Terms and Conditions.
Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable time frame will be processed through Stripe.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the Benagil Cave Tour from Faro due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient bookings, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If a cancellation occurs, you will be offered the option to reschedule the tour for an alternative date or receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
The exact timeframe may depend on your financial institution or payment method.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original booking.
If for any reason a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Please note that any non-refundable fees imposed by Stripe or other financial institutions during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

In addition to online payment through Stripe, we also offer the option of cash payment for the Benagil Cave Tour from Faro.
Cash payment is accepted only at the meeting point, prior to the start of the tour.
Please note that cash payment is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Cash payments must be made in the local currency (Euro) and in the exact amount specified for the tour.
We do not provide change at the meeting point, so please ensure you have the correct amount ready.
If you choose to make a cash payment, you are required to contact us in advance to confirm your booking.
Failure to confirm your booking may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Refunds for cash payments will be provided in the same currency and in cash.
If a refund is requested due to a cancellation, it will be processed at the meeting point or through an agreed-upon method after coordination with our team.
Refunds will be made in the exact amount paid, and we will not be responsible for any currency exchange fees or fluctuations.
If you choose the cash payment option but fail to make the payment at the meeting point or provide insufficient funds, your booking may be cancelled, and you will not be able to participate in the tour.
In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply, and you may not be eligible for a refund.
